Terms & ConditionsALTERATION TO TOURS The company reserves the right to change the itinerary should conditions necessitate an alteration. BAGGAGE AND RESPONSIBILITY Whilst every care is taken, the company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage, or inconvenience arising from delayed departure or arrival, the missing of a train, aircraft or ship connections, illness or injury contracted on tour. INSURANCE The Mpumalanga Experience has public liability but it is strongly recommended that tourists carry travel insurance for protection against personal accident, medical expenses and baggage loss. BOOKINGS 50 % deposit is required 21 days before departure 100 % Payment for bookings made less than one week before departure. CANCELLATIONS 25 % cancellation fee will be charged on tours cancelled four weeks or more before departure. 50% cancellation fee will be charged on tours cancelled between two and four weeks 100 % cancellation fee will be charged on tours cancelled within two weeks before departure Any cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of suppliers PAYMENT METHODS
